Such and other similar comments are not uncommon to hear as mental health is still largely taboo in many parts of the world.

So should we care about mental health? The short answer is YES.

We should care, and so should our friends and family. But even if it takes time to convince others, let us remember to not take our or the mental health of others lightly.
