Stress has a strong physiological impact in terms of increased heart rate, blood pressure, rapid breathing, and so on. But stress also impacts the mind.
When we are always stressed out, we feel more tired, have mood swings, are more irritable, and negative.
In real terms it can cause sleep problems, insomnia, reduced concentration, and memory loss. In extreme cases it can also lead to severe mental health problems such as clinical depression, anxiety, and panic attacks.
If you notice any of these symptoms, recognize that it could be stress, and take steps to manage it.
