Here are a few ways to deal with a breakup:
1. Take time to heal: Allow yourself time to feel your emotions. It's OK to cry, to be sensitive, and not be productive.
2. Don't take any drastic steps: Keep an eye on yourself and stay away from any extreme behaviour or anything that doesn't feel like you.
3. Take a break from social media: And resist the temptation to stalk your ex!
4. Engage in a hobby
5. Maintain a schedule
6. And very important, reach out to family and friends
