Here are a few practical ways to practise body confidence:

1. Every time we are tempted to judge our appearance, let's instead be grateful for what our bodies can do for us.

2. When your brain starts negative talk about your appearance, ask yourself: would you talk the same way with a friend that you care about?

3. Create boundaries with those people who say negative things about your body, and if needed, manage the amount of time spent with them.

At the same time, ensure we don't hurt anyone else's body confidence.
